The 1960s saw the birth of Marvel Comics and their incredibly imaginative brand of superheros. To this day the level of creativity has yet to see its equal.
33. 1970s
Disco, bad drugs, watergate, Star Wars and more. The 1970s were an interesting era for all of pop culture, including comic books.
34. 1980s
The 1980s saw a lot of action in the comic world. Characters aged, evolved and died. This was a softer time and these things actually had an impact on the readership at the time.
35. 1990s
The 90s. What a wondrous decade for comic books. Sadly we dont have much to say about it. Do you? Think you know better?
