this episode was great. it took alot from the terror of trigon storyline almost 20 years ago.

seeing slade how he looked under the mask was a bit of a surprise.

cant wait to see it next week.

he was this skull with a scar by across his eye (that not what he really looks like, it's just that he's currently deceased

when the mask came off. i expected the same goatee,eye patch you know his look..

instead he was just a skull. when he supposedly died at tara's hands and he went into the lava his body was burned totally. looks like trigon saved him and slowly restored his flesh but not his face as of yet...


so slade is on a mission to get his flesh back somehow

and robin is going after raven who now seems to be like when she came back in the white robe like in the titans comics...

we saw the evil twins of vic,gar,kory,

kinda like we saw during the terror of trigon storyline..

it was a good show for a kids oriented cartoon.

I have to remember that I have stuff to watch from 7-9:30 on CN. Cybertron, Teen Titans, The Batman (so I can see how not to write an animated series) and the grand finale, JLU.

I like how the show has a darker tone when it comes to Raven, but still maintains the fun aspects of the show.

Lance, it's not that Trigon gave him his flesh bck, he basically gave him his life back. I think he might have had his face, but when Trigon tried to do away with Slade the ring protected him leaving him hurt, & faceless, but still alive

I believe Slade said he had to do 3 tasks before he can regain his full life again. So far he made sure Raven met her destiney, and he led Robin to Raven. Now they might add giving the Teen Titans the ring as one also, if not then he has one more thing he needs to do.

I liked it when CN used to do the encore presentation at 10PM on Sundays, instead of on Saturday when I'm out getting f*cked up and wasted. Well, not really. I'm usually working or next door at my friend's house XD

But really, Saturday evenings for JLU and Teen Titans are for younger kids in which most likely they will be home on Saturday evenings.

For us older kids, looks like we gotta catch it on a marathon or download it.
