Let's see, you got Iron Man, Cap, the Patriot without his mask, Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, Jessica Jones and the other reporter from the Bugle (can't remember her name), the Asgardian, Hulkling and what looks like an Iron Lad/Vision combo ... and how about Mr. Hyde leaping around there on the bottom right.

Yeah, it looks like they are all in their civilian clothing. I bet this will be the issue where we see some more of the kids secret identities and their families. Here is the solicitation text blurb for the issue:

As for the rest of the cover, I have no idea who the flying/leaping guy by Hulkling's elbow is, but the other reporter who works with Jessica Jones is named Kat Farrell. Also, the gate to the ruined Avengers Mansion and Stark Tower, the home of the New Avengers, both appear in the background of the picture.

I think the dude in the foreground is a new Vision?

Kate won't be called Hawkeye as there appears to be a new young Hawkeye on the right side of the cover as well!

I agree. I think she has her hair tied back and that's why she looks different. (There is a little bit of black over her shoulder that might be a pony tail.) Either that or she shaved it all off. It looks like she's training to become a better archer and has gotten really serious about it.
