Default Hal's Villains Based on GL Message Board Stereotypes?

Has anyone noticed that a lot of the human villains from Geoff's Green Lantern run seem to be based on the stereotypical personalities of the militant Green Lantern message boards commonly found during the Kyle era?

Hecter Hammond = H.E.A.T. Member
Hector represents the Hal supporters who liked the character a little too much. Almost to a creepy extent. Okay, definitely to a creepy extent.

Sonar = Unforgiving Belligerent
Sonar represents the fans who believed that no explanation could justify Hal's actions as Parallax. To them, any attempted excuse was just a lame cop-out.

Black Hand = Dead is Dead Advocate
Black Hand represents the readers who believe that no character should ever be resurrected, because it diminishes the impact and seriousness of death in comics.

Shark = The Rest
Shark represents the small but influential minority of Guy Gardner fans who wanted to eat Hal's brains.

Do you think Geoff will adapt other GLMB stereotypes into villains for his run, and if so, which ones?

I don't think you're right, but I wish you were. To paraphrase a fellow poster:

I would say Hector Hammond is Hal Fans and Black Hand would be Kyle Fans.

LOL!! Great theory! I think your Sonar inspiration is dead on. Hammond and Black Hand I can see as possibilities as well.

Then I guess the Parallax entity would syombolize those individuals who spark a Hal vs. Kyle flame war since they prey on the fear and paranoia of both fanbased members. Sinestro would probably syombolize another superhero fanbase who think that Green Lantern isn't the strongest character. Just a thought.
