Wow, I guess his recent return after being gone a year and being involved in the recent controversy of Bart's death was what got him the 1,200 votes.

I wonder how Barry would have done on that fan website if he wasn't sentenced to obscurity for over 20 years for Wally's sake?

Its because people like him as a character. If they didn't he wouldn't have been around as The Flash since 1986. Read the article on why he was listed as #3 (behind only Batman and Superman).

Frankly, I'm surprised Barry Allen placed as high as he did. I suppose he must still have fans out there somewhere.

I think it's interesting all the Flashes made the top 50.

To bad you can't be even more suprised at the sales figures a Barry Allen series would get.

Yeah our Flashes are popular...

Wally at #3

Barry at #29

And Jay at #41

I am a bit surprised that Bart didn't make the top 50...

Yeah, we should start a poll to see who the next dead character will be to resurface and get their own series.

It would probably be Bart Allen, given events in "The Lightning Saga". I can see it now, the first blockbuster issue of "The Flash and the Legion of Super-Heroes", written by Geoff Johns. Special appearances by Superman, Supergirl, Booster Gold and Wally West.

That is great. All of the Flash's have benefited from having wonderful writers. It is nice to see that they were all appreciated.

It'd sell 3627277272 copies, EVEN IF I HAD TO BUY THEM ALL MYSELF.

Wow. And the Flash board gets another slap in the testicles. I like all the Flashes, so I guess you're referring to me. So, feel free to die in a gasoline fire.

Am I fitting in on this board? Non-stop bitching and neck biting? Snarkiness...flamebaiting.....tell me I can start for you, coach!
