Thumbs up Wonder Woman: the movie

At least we know the project's not dead (yet). (shrugs)

From TV Guide. com
TVGuide.com: What's happening with the eagerly anticipated Wonder Woman movie?
Whedon: Rewriting, nothing else. Writing, writing, writing.

TVGuide.com: No time period to start casting yet?
Whedon: There is not.
ddf
But will it beat The Flash to the silver screen?

DoE

Believe it or not, I LOVE COMICS!!! and it's only hard to tell because I know that they can be and SHOULD BE better.

I think he's competing with Heinberg as to who can write a WW story slower.

I think they should just give up. I'm tired of waiting.

I have a feeling in the end I'm going to be disappointed in the casting and the script as well.

^I'm worried about the script too; in a seperate interview I've heard Whedon quoted as saying that Wonder Woman had a weak rogues gallery, which to me was kind of worrying...

Casting...well I'll wait and see on that.

I'm crossing everything that this will be good. Lucy Lawless as WW in New Frontier has lifted some of my concerns for this project (at least we'll get one total kick a$$ WW in a movie ) but I'm sure it will turn out cool.

At least Whedon's continual work on the script shows how much effort he's putting in to making it the best he can even if it does mean we have longer to wait.

Well, as far as casting goes, there is really only one choice. You want beautiful, you want smart, and you want bad A$$.....the choice is clear:
The Krystal Method

Raising a glass to Mike (Argent).

See, Boo....you killed my follow up! Ruined the entire bit. Now I have to search for some manga/anime connection to Wonder Woman.
Great job, Josh...geez!

I'm just going to keep that image out of context in my head, if no one objects

(not that objection will change that, but I might feel a smidge guilty about it)
