Haven't heard anything further about it - but animated films sometimes take a couple of years to get done.

Batman '66 to cross over with ITV's 60s series The Avengers (called "Steed and Peel" in the US for some reason or another... ) in a DC collaboration with IDW.

Not as obvious a choice as Green Hornet but it will be interesting to see what they do with it.

You know, I haven't heard anything further on it. May not hear more until the animation is done.

I liked the recent issue (totally guessed the resolution to Harlequin's crime spree), albeit the Batgirl backup was somewhat of a one-note job (I liked the resolution, but it seemed to exist mainly to riff on Mad Men, I guess, rather than be a Batgirl story).

The Avengers one isn't even out yet and now they're crossing over with The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

There's supposed to be a question of whether it's the classic continuity or that of the movie but if it's not the sixties show then I don't see much point.

I wouldn't mind seeing them do one with Get Smart. Not only another sixties contemporary but they shared the same kind of straight-faced humor.

There's reports that DC's recent cancellations (including fellow digital initiative Sensation Comics) includes Batman 66.

I just read yesterday that batman 66 and the man from uncle were to cross over in december

One day I'll be done with this, but for now, once more into the fray. Thom

I think the crossovers will still happen; in fact the MAN FROM UNCLE one is starting in December, same month as the last Batman '66

Re the current Archie Meets Batman '66 crossover.

When did Batman, Robin and Batgirl share their secret true identities and location of the Batcave?

And Batman would never work in the Batcave with his cowl off.
