I just want to see Jay, so that's cool. If they are from a parallel Earth, maybe Impulse could be the one who finds it.

Oh, and Stargirl has to be in it. With Geoff writing, there has to be a Stargirl. I wonder who Geoff would want to star as Stargirl? I would hope he would get some say in picking.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Geoff said it wont be the obvious ones of Alan or Jay. Which is a bit of a bummer :/

I don't normally watch Smallville. I might have made an exception for this - but by taking Jay and Alan off the table he has cut my interest by a factor of ten. The reasons might be great, but my interest just plummeted.

Say you think television is ready for Johnny Thunder?

Well, I guess Starman would make a good sub for Alan. I would like to see the Atom and Hourman. I'm not sure if Dr. Fate would work for the show but I would like to see him as well. Perhaps Johnny Quick as a stand in for Jay?

And Geoff, do you know if this episode will air this fall or in 2010?

This news is awesome. I loved 'Legion' and I've been super excited about Smallville since viewing the comic con panel online.

Sad to hear Alan and Jay are out of bounds, altho if I was a betting man I'm sure Geoff will be trying to work the latter into the Flash film he's involved with.

What i'd like to see is a team of Stargirl, Wildcat, Dr. Mid-Nite and Hourman led by Mr. Terrific.

I doubt Starman because the character keeps getting brought up as a possible TV/movie project. I'm betting that's why Jay and Alan won't show up because they're a part of something else. Wildcat, Hawkman, Doctor Fate, Atom, Doctor Mid-Nite, Mister Terrific, Sandman, Spectre and Black Canary are fair game IMO.

I'd be surprised if newer members like Atom Smasher, Damage and others are on. I'd think they'd want as much Golden Age inspired characters as possible.

It'd be cool if Billy Batson showed up.

Probably not. First off, you'd need some CGI for the Thunderbolt and I'm not sure, if the Thunderbolt (a genie) could really fit into Smallville's continuity.

I'll hope for Sandman, Carter Hall and an Amazon Princess or Queen. Whoever the Smallville JSA are, I bet the show rocks or perhaps swings given the era of the mystery men of the Society.

You could do it without CGI; like in the early stories where stuff just happened without a clear genie cause.

But mostly I just wanted to use "Say you"/"Cei-U" in a sentence.

Or using Starman would give them an idea of how the character would do on TV.
