And plus, the cartoon is aimed for kids his age.

My niece and nephew, 4 and 6, both love it. Not my cuppa, but I'm happy there's something superhero related for little kids.

Do they make a Johnny DC equivalent of this? The Batman Strikes was cancelled, right? Is there another Johnny DC Batman comic?

I loved Aquaman! "Did I ever tell you about the time..." He is an underwater Hercules. Best take on him in decades.

Aquaman: And that's how I recovered the stolen statue. I call that "The Mystery of the Stolen Statue." "The Secret of the Mechanical Sea Monster." "Coral Reef Rescue." And the time I wore an eye patch to infiltrate a crew if pirates, I call that…
Batman: "Aquaman's Undercover Adventure."
Aquaman: No. "The Time I Wore an Eye Patch to Infiltrate a Crew of Pirates." What you said is good, too.

I enjoyed tonight's episode because of The Demon and Morgan le Fay. Batman and Green Arrow had a fun rivalry going on.

But the big surprise was the clip for next week's episode! It has Wildcat and Batman fighting a group of teen baddies called the Outsiders! I saw Metamorpho, Katana and Black Lightning!

They're probably being forced to be bad guys or are being controlled by some 'outside' force. Katana is indeed the girl wearing purple from the B&B #1 comic.

I found this on Google, but I couldn't find a copy of the clip for next week's episode yet:

"Enter the Outsiders!" - January 9th (Featuring Batman and Wildcat facing off against The Outsiders)
"Dawn of the Deadman!" - January 16th (Featuring Batman and Deadman battling The Gentleman Ghost)

Loved the NEW episode....

The sub-story outdid the GA/Bats Team-up.

Guy Gardner was hysterical! Id love to see a GLC cartoon stem from this show.

The Outsiders as misguided delinquents? That should be an interesting take on them.

I bet by the end of the episode, the Justice Society will be the mentors of the Outsiders.

I like the ad they had Saturday for this series. It begins with Aquaman's voiceover: "Where Batman goes, adventure follows!" It then had a montage of action scenes. I think there was a snippet of an upcoming episode with Wildcat saying in a gravelly older man voice: "Everyone's got superpowers these days." Lots of fun.

It's funny. I think the series is heading to do a JLI episode with how we've had Blue Beetle, Fire and Guy Gardner all have mini stories unrelated to the episodes main plot. Except for BB who's awesome enough to have his own episode.

Fun episode! Did anyone notice during that the prison escape scene featured bat villains from the 60's TV show? I saw the Bookworm and King Tut. And I think there was The Archer and Ma Parker as well.

Plus, is it just me or does Green Arrow's cap make him look like the Blue Falcon from the old cartoon?

I have enjoyed al of the shows that have been out. I like how they mixed the 60's campy Batman with a lot of the current DCU elements.
