Default How often do you update your pull list?

Easy enough question:

How often do you update your pull list?

Me? After hitting big money problems, I had to really think and choose what comics to keep and what are worth saying goodbye to.

Since then, I've been very happy with my decision.

But now it's time to re-do it again.

I'm not looking to save money like I did last time but this time, based on pure enjoyment.

My current pull list reads: (and these are what I'm enjoying)

Superman
Batman
Nightwing
Green Lantern (I was very close to dropping it until Sinestro Corps hit)
JSofA
JLofA
100 Bullets (only til issue 100)

Captain America
Daredevil
New Avengers
Incredible Hercules
Thor
Punisher Max (i know Ennis is gone but i still need my Max)
Criminal

The Walking Dead

So back to the question:

How often do you update your pull list?

I'm the sort that I'll add / take off books when I need to or think of it. There's no real pattern to it. One day I might go "Ooh, I want this book!" or "I think I'll drop this one."

I did make a purge a year or so ago, taking a bunch of stuff off and adding others in their place. But it's not likely to be an annual thing or anything.

Frequently.

Of the ones on Greg's list, I pick up:

Green Lantern
JSofA
JLofA
Captain America

What causes it mostly are sudden changes in creative teams

I update 'as and when' - as disatisfaction with a title looms, or when interest in a new title is piqued.

The new 52 - probably not for me...

Usually if I get an issue of something and really like it, I'll go back the next week and ask to add it.

Pretty much every month. Since I get my stuff online, my list won't reflect my changes (if there are any) for two-three months because of pre-ordering.

I'm always trying out something new each month, so I see if it deserves to stay on my pull.

Very often.

I usually get a lot of DC and some independent books on my pull list since they come in Previews.

Then if I don't like them I take them out after one or two issues and this happens almost every two weeks.

Hmmm...about every two months.

Now:
100 Bullets
Action Comics
Air
All-Star Batman and Robin
All-Star Superman
Batam
The Boys
Daredevil
Detective Comics
DMZ
The Flash
House of Mystery
Jonah Hex
Madame Xanadu
Northlanders
Project SuperPowers
Scalped
Superman
Young Liars
Wonder Woman
Tor-mini 6 issues

Series that I ended or series cancelled
Brave and the Bold #16
The Punisher MAX #60
The Vinly Underground

Coming up pick up
Supergirl #34
Sgt. Rock mini
Battlefields
Black Terror

I try to even it out with the series end with pick ups. And that might what my pull list is going to look for awhile. Tor has an issue to go. 100 Bullets now has five issues to go. All-Star Superman has an issue to go.

I update every time i want to add something to it, which can be every week. And I usually don't have to take books off, cause they get canceled before I get tired of them.

I'm making changes all the time. I try to keep it at the same level but it's hard when new stuff comes out and there's nothing old that I want to drop.

I recently dropped the flash, titans, superman, action and JLA.

I'll get JLA and all the superman stuff in hardcovers.

but the flash is dropped until rebirth.
