This is the first post in this forum in a month and a half. Is no one enjoying Aquaman?

I'm still getting each issue.
I loved the first storyline, The Trench.
Wasn't too fond of the 2nd, Th Others.
I'm digging the Throne of Atlantis so far.

We're at issue 16 and only in the first act of the third story arc. Decompressed storytelling at its best!

I really do love Aquaman though. I had a few problems with The Others as well, but I think I'll be around for a while on this title, I've been a fan of the character for as long as I can remember.

I am actually liking Throne of Atlantis a lot. Anybody catch the id for one of Ocean Master's assault team "Tula"?
I am hopeful there will be a Garth in there somewhere as well. Native atlanteans who can eventually become new associates for Aquaman.

I am also very anxious to see Atlantis itself. So far we've only seen a first glimpse at the end of issue#0. I was all ready for a mini after that one covering his early years down there.

Garth was mentioned in an earlier issue, maybe the zero.

Great issue i even put some of my friends on to Aquaman to show that he no joke and easy to read storylines . Big thanks to Geoff for giving a reason for people to care about this guy again .

This continues to be a good read. It's slow, but good.

The Others storyline just irritated me.
It went WAY too slowly and the story suffered because the snail's pace.

I love the Trench. Not only does it make sense there would be another species in the very bottom of the oceans, but they make a great addition to the Aquaman mythos.

Read The Others in one sitting and it might change your perspective.

Yup. I dropped the book in the middle of that story. I'm enjoying Throne of Atlantis, though, as an Aqua-centric JLA story. Probably won't stay with Aquaman once the story is over, but so far it's been an example of a crossover done well.

I think the fact that the same writer is on both books helps and it's not like one of the books is telling ancillary aspects to the story. It's just the next chapter.

This is why I think the Hawkman/JSA crossover was so good. That still stands out as one of the best crossovers i've ever read.

Yes, I recall that crossover being very good. But JSA at that time was absolutely fantastic.

I am a big fan of the Johns Aquaman. Really digging the Throne of Atlantis. First time I ever thought of Orm as a Badass.
