Default Agents of SHIELD comic

Wasn't sure what I'd think of this comic, but I went to a shop and they had all 5 (and not bagged and tagged) so I got them.

While nominally modeled on the ABC show (Phil Coulson leads a team; Agent May, Fitz and Simmons support; they have the Bus and Lola) it really is a Marvel Comic U take on the characters.

Now I like the TV show, but this approach makes it feel like a good Marvel comic. 3 of the issues were self contained (although containing elements that have led to a 2 parter). Great use of the guest heroes and their abilities - particularly in using those skills in interesting ways.

Overall, I think this is a good book in the Marvel U library and not a bad companion piece to the TV show - even as it isn't really much like the TV show.
