Default Arrow season 3 *spoilers*

Thoughts so far?

After seeing the third ep, I think they're grooming Thea to be Mia Dearden? Also, didn't that landscaper call refer to her as Mia?

I was hoping Ted Grant would be more grizzled. Way too young, imo.

I'm so excited for Ra's this season.

Overall I still like it. Hate the canary situation though I suppose we all knew this was coming. Laurel is probably my least favorite character in any show I watch who isn't intentionally unlikeable and evil.

The Thea / Malcom Merlin training and relationship reminds me of slade/ Rose Wilson in Geoff john's Pre new 52 titans run particularly because she's mostly been seen with a sword not a bow so far. You might be right about her destiny though seems her middle name Is Dearden and she used Mia as an alias while in corto Maltese . Team arrow is a little crowded though isn't it?

While I like the show and flash so far there are some concessions to being on CW Ted grant being " young and hot " is one of them.

Right, I always have to tell myself to get used to the CW-ishness of the show. Kinda frustrating, but oh well.

And I am 100% with you on the Canary situation. Sara was better, and the pacing for Laurel's is stupid. And are we going to forget that she's blackmailing the DA to keep her job?

The only problem I have with this criticism is that when Ted first appeared, he was "young and hot". It's not wrong to just use the earliest version of every character they put on.

The show has found a pretty stable place to be. Even when there are weak moments, the overall product is polished, the acting is great, the scripts are strong, and the action is amazing. I don't really love that Sara was killed to advance her sister's arc, but the rest of what we've seen so far has impressed me, as usual.

And Brandon Routh is great as Hank Scorpio...er, Ray Palmer. If he had used this much charisma in Superman Returns, it might have been that much better. (I blame Singer's direction for that.)

I've been disappointed with Season 3 so far.

Every episode has been predictable and bland.

Don't get me wrong; I have faith that Guggenheim and Company can turn it around but right now, I'm just disappointed in the show.

I wish they didn't try and make him into Bruce Wayne/Tony Stark.

So last week's episode with Felicity's mom? Meh. One of those eps that remind you this show is on the CW.

Frankly, I'm waiting for this season to take off, especially with the League stuff. hopefully soon, but right now, I'm liking Flash more.

That wasn't my favorite BUT it had so many comic book jokes and Easter Eggs to make up for a less-than-spectacular plot.

Between Brother Eye, Felicity's goth getup looking exactly like Death of the Endless, and the Laurel/Ted stuff, it kept me interested.

Flash is really, really good though, and I like that they've kept the tone of the 2 shows different while still feeling like they happen in the same universe.

the fact that we'll get to this point this season is pretty ridiculous considering how long they've established it took Ollie, Sara, Malcom Merlin etc. to train.

It's improving more and more. I'm starting to enjoy it more.

I'm still thinking her killer is Tommy Merlin, somehow not dead after season one's finale, perhaps by use of a Lazrus Pit.

Once again, my jaw dropped with that reveal.

There were a couple jaw dropping moments not the least the cliffhanger. What an Episode. It's been a weaker season than seaon 2 overall IMO but things just picked up big time.
