I just watched the Shazam episode and it is easily my favorite of the series so far. The tone was just perfect and there was plenty of action. I wasn't expecting to see the Sivana Family but they were funny. I enjoyed the homages to various classic Shazam tales as well.

The cable guides listed this past Friday and Saturday's ep as a new one with Captain Marvel but it was an encore of Aquaman's instead. Now that I think about it, CN may have done the reruns because of the Olympics and wasn't thinking of getting the maximum viewing audience so most likely they'll air after the Olympics are completed.

You are probably right. There's just so many great episodes waiting to air...it's difficult to wait.

I wonder if the Marvel family one will go as far as to feature Hoppy and the Lieutenant Marvels. (Kinda sounds like a strange rock band.) On any cartoon I wouldn't even consider it. But Brave & the Bold has a tendency to use old and obscure heroes and villains. (See Sweet Tooth.)

I assume the Metal Men and Red Tornado will be important for the Starro episodes? A classic JLA comic showed the Starro's had no way to take over an android.

I hope B&B gets renewed for another season. It's just too much fun.

I agree with you about hoping it gets a third season....

Me too - in spite of everything CN has done to lose its audience with irregular scheduling, this is the most fun superhero cartoon in ages I must have more

Unfortunately, CN has done a lot of odd scheduling of programs the last few years.

Unless you have access to their web site or other animation sites you can't keep up with their changes...The Satellite and Cable guides can't keep up

Even if you do have access to their sites, CN and most notorius for changes...[adult swim] tend to make changes without notice at times.

you're right about that....

The animations sites help, as they try hard to keep up.

Toonzone.net is my personal favorite

Chill of the Night is my new favorite episode. Just an amazing episode. And I love Adam West as Thomas Wayne. We even get an "Old Chum" tossed out!
