Wink Bruce Timm steps down as WB's animation supervising producer

From CBR: Bruce Timm Steps Down As WB Animation Supervising Producer

I'm sure he's thinking it's time but man, he's had a great run.

Well he had such amazing successes there. But with James Tucker taking over things should still be good for WB's animation department

Is it too much to hope for Timm to take over from Harras and Didio and send them somewhere else in the company?

I didn't know Tucker was taking over. He produced Legion of Super-Heroes as well as other DC animated properties but I enjoyed his LSH. I'd like to see that revisited.

Me too. I really loved LSH. Even though I figured a lot didn't.

I loved him saying he wanted to bring in more heroes to the fore. Even if they used Batman and/or Superman to introduce them. I really liked Superman/ Shazam : the Return of Black Adam.

If they do it like that, I'd be all for it.

Wow. Bad news/Good news!!!

I guess I can live with this if it means a new Timmiverse JL cartoon. That's going to be a long wait, though, if it's to be released alongside the movie that may or may not ever happen!

Tucker has a good track record. I'm confident he can do the job.

I'm not impressed with what I've seen so far. I think "re-imaginings" of DC characters, especially DARK re-imaginings, has just been done to death for me, anyway.
