Default I demand a Giffen/Demattis Oolong mini!

The scientists of Oolong Island star in a mini by the fabled team of, Giffen and Demattis. Get on it, Didio!

I think a mini might be a little extreme. A one-shot seems more appropriate. But only if Kevin Maguire tackles the art!

Maybe they can create a new 4 Horsemen from dead heroes

Blue Beetle
Max Lord

Of course, the "new" horsemen would fail because Ted would hold a grudge against Max for killing him, Ice would try to make peace between everyone, and Dimitri would supply comic relief.....well, MORE comic relief anyway.

The climax of course would be an epic battle between Oolong and Kooey Kooey Kooey islands.

Well, scratch that idea...........

and I couldn't be happier about it.

As I understand it DeMatteis is "retiring" from superhero comics. HERO SQUARED is coming to an end over at Boom!, and I understand he plans to concentrate on his creator-owned work.

But this would be a super-VILLAIN comic! That's totally different!
