Look! Up in the Sky! It's Death!

Deadlier than a speeding bullet!
More destructive than being hit by a locomotive!
Able to leap tall buildings by crushing them to rubble!

"Look! Up in the sky!" "It's a vulture!" "It's a plane!" "It's DEATH!"

Yes, it's Superman; strange visitor from another planet, who came to Earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men!

Superman! Who can change the course of mighty rivers to flood your home, bend steel in his bare hands while it supports you in your office building, and who, thinly disguised as Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never-ending battle for truth, justice, and high insurance premiums!

And now, another exciting episode, in The Adventures of the Man of Steel!

One person who asked Goyer about the “scene which shall not be named” at the end of “Man of Steel,” was answered by being told that Clark hasn’t fully formed as Superman yet, and the consequences of his actions in the movie are going to be dealt with heavily in the sequel,

Yes!

Actually, I guess now I have to abandon the "Carlos Danger" pitch I was going to make to Dynamite Comics. I thought I had a real weiner on my hands.

How about Gerard Butler for Batman? If not, who'd you like to see?

I'd love to see Michael Fassbender in the role. Alex O'Loughlin might be able to pull it off. Same with Matt Bomer.

Ten years ago I'd say Hugh Jackman or Colin Farrell. Not sure about now.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you're talking about Jim Caviezel as opposed to Michael Emerson. Caviezel is 44.

Emerson is 58.

While not the finest actor, his youth would add something to the devil-may-care attitude that a playboy-philanthropist needs in order to be batman. Superman might be 33 played by a 44 year old, but a 25 year old playing a 25 year old bruce wayne wouldfit in perfectly with the new 52 version of batman.

Plus, he looks like he could bulk up to be batman.

My bet is it's going to be an actor (with acting chops) from UK, like Jonathan Rhys Meyers to don the Bat-cowl

Isn't he set to be the star of a new Dracula tv show? That's a fairly big commitment to try and take on Batman as well.
