I forgot about our micro hero folks! I'm so sorry. You all can go ahead and just put in Micro creator or whatever you want in the "Penciller, etc, etc" part. Sorry again!

You can call me DEW =)

-Age
High Schooler

-Location

-Are you a penciller, colorist, inker or writer?

Pencils, color, and writing! (not necessarily for comics :P)

-Current occupation

Babysitter, and the occasional rock climbing instructor.

-Inspiration
Umm...probably my grandmother and my friend Caitlin..the best artist I know.

-Your Style
It's anime, I guess but I'm trying to work realism into it.

-Favorite Piece of work
I've got two (and they're not done yet, sorry).

-Bio
I'll just say other than drawing, my violin is my other passion. I love playing Celtic music (which is currently what I'm being schooled in. But I also really want to learn Cajun jazz fiddle as well). You can also find me playing country music and picking out melodies, harmonies and just random fiddle bits in the songs. Same goes for John Denver songs. Singing is one of my favorite things to do. I'm actually in a band and I'm the lead vocalist (and violinist!). My friends also say my life is a musical, because I'll randomly burst out singing. I even quote songs when I'm at lack of words. I also really like music. I like almost everything except for rap and "emo" music (there's a few exceptional songs though). I have over 120 CDs and Huey Lewis & the News is my favorite band (for those who don't know me!). My favorite games are Mom, do you know if I have this CD or not; and Guess that Tune. XD I'm still looking at colleges and debating what I want to do in college. I might want to be a car designer, violinist for a band (something like the violinist on Idol), meteorologist, bank manager (What?), or even a whale trainer at sea world (which has been my life long dream). Hey, and one more thing. I'm writing a novel (Stormking knows what I'm talking about!) which is more or less based on my friends fantasy....
There's a lot more to say, but I'll leave you with a few words of advice..and no surprise here, it's from a song.

"Remember all you wish for, believe it will be true. You will never find yourself anywhere else, you'll find yourself in you."

-Name

Adrian Dilaga

-Age

32 in 4 days time, just don't tell the ladies.

-Location

Sydney, Australia

-Are you a penciller, colorist, inker or writer?

As an artist you try to do it all. Haven't written anything in the past 5 years.

-Current occupation (If you're working on a comic book, go ahead and plug it here, too!)

Work in a supermarket and study illustration fulltime. Last year...hurray!

-Inspiration

Performance artists like singers, dancers, painters, directors, actors, movies.
Most notably Notorious B.I.G., Eddie Vedder, David Mack, Degas, Spielberg, Rodin, Peter David, Da Vinci, Leinil Francis Yu, Bruce Timm, Jim Lee. Hang on...I'll be here all night listing them.

-Your Style

It varies which is not good as a comic artist. I can do realism, semi-realism, stylized. Maybe someone can tell me what's my style.

-Favorite Piece of work

I'm cleaning my garage at the moment. Thankfully so because I got too many.
I would say a lot of life drawings are my favorite.
Here are some though.

-Bio (If you want to, or can, tell us a bit more about yourself!)

I've always been driven to do the art thang. But as of late I want to work a 9-5 job and do art as a hobby, especially since I got arthritis in my hands. I may get into it again in my later years but feel I haven't come far enough to be a professional, nor do I want to put the effort in. I'm happy to buy and read other people's work and am sure to be a collector.

-Are you a penciller, colorist, inker or writer?

- Colorist mainly, although I do digital painting for CCG's and concept art from time to time, and am slowly working on developing my own creator owned project.

-Current occupation (If you're working on a comic book, go ahead and plug it here, too!)

Comic book colorist. Currently coloring Hero By Night, and digitally inking AND Coloring KISS 4K: Legend Never Die (yes, the digital inks will get better as I go, had to learn how to do that as I was doing the actual first issue so it was an adventure)

-Inspiration- the coffee bean grower. paying my mortgage and feeding the wife and kids. being able to waste money on things that I don't really need in life. seriously though, inspired by Rembrandt, Tiepolo, Rubens, and more recently....Alex Sinclair, Brian Haberlin, Dan Kemp, Sonia Oback, Dave Stewart, Greg Capullo, Mark Bagley. I think most importantly WORK ETHIC and PRODUCTION in comics inspire me.

-Your Style- smooth with a bit of a kick, like a chai latte

-Bio - read it all here

-Favorite Piece of work (This is where you can put in one or two pieces of your work. Try to keep them within a reasonable size, please.)

(loved coloring this book, wish it would find a publisher though )

(digital painting done for an online contest)
