Default Claremont X-Men

So, I hear great things about this run and have managed to read some of the more well known aspects of it, Dark Phoenix, etc, but when it comes to reading his run, is there any inkling of a collected form that covers it? I know they're doing the Jim Lee/Clarmont Omnibuses now that collect the latter half.

Any help is appreciated.

Amazon has the below which is the Essential X-Men volumes 1-4 which has the Claremont issues in it. A nice cheap way to collect his run.

Pretty much Claremont's run from 94 to 280 and three issues in the second series are one big story. There are some things that fall flat, but the saga as whole is great. I do wish that some things would have played out the way he wanted. Also his stories are complemented by great artists.

Chris' work created the foundation for the X-franchise as it is today. I followed it from the beginning and loved it, especially the Cockrum/Byrne/Smith years but I'm not sure if because of that I might be biased on it? I admit that to a new reader those stories might seem dated today but to me they're pure gold.
