Default Aztek TPB errors

I was reading my Aztek tpb and came to issue #6, starring the Joker which i really wanted to read, and most of that issue is missing from the trade, replaced with double copies of pages from issue #7.

Is this problem just isolated to my copy of Aztek tpb? Has anybody else had this problem?

Whew. Just checked mine. Not any problem with it that I can see.

Sometimes you just get the bad luck of the draw. Happens every now and then . I got a bum copy of All Star Companion vol. 3 just a few months back.

Make sure you get it back to your retailer soon, because from what I was told, there's a limit on the time they have to return it, and you're stuck with a useless 20 dollar book.

Oh, and my copy of the Aztek trade was fine. Blew through it in a few hours. Was sad to see it end, and sad that Morison whacked him in JLA's WW3.

My copy was okay also, but the LCS had a bad copy in the bunch.

You weren't the only one on the ASCv3. Mine was whack. Had a 40 page gap with 20 pages repeating. Here's hoping my Hawkman Companion gets a little luckier.

Still waiting on my Aztek…

this kinda of sucks...

for me, I'm too lazy to send back my copy to Amazon (where I bought my trade), but I'm just curious has to how these errors occur in the first place.

and this happened to me also with the first issue of 'incredibule herc', where half the issue was reprints of the other half (i thought they were doing some cool flashback stuff until i realized it was just a printing mistake). or maybe that's just my luck.

maybe i should retitle this thread 'printing errors'.

oh well.

My copy is cool. Little bit dinged up, but all pages are present and accounted for.

As for how it happened, simple printing error that didn't get caught. Most likely a sorting error and by the time the other end of the error was caught, the copy you eventually received was too far gone.

Just looked at mine, and it seems fine.

But my Blue Beetle volume 3 trade was messed up. My comic shop is really good and im getting it replaced.

And I'm sorry about my spelling and typos.

Anybody got the page numbers where the repeating starts? I just got mine from Amazon and want to check it. Thanks.
