I was thinking a resurrected Jade headed to Infinity Inc. was a planned shot-in-the-arm for it, but I guess not.

Not happy about this news, but neither am I surprised. I just hope there is still room in the DCU for these characters, somewhere.

Y'know if there was more of a connection to the original team other than the names, I would have been more interested.

The book failed because it didn't include the "Inc." part of "Infinity Inc.".

Probably could have used more John Henry Irons in it as well.

Pete Woods deserves a really high-profile title right now, since DC has put him on three clunkers in a row. Amazons Attack totally bombed, his month of Countdown was long after most people gave up, and Infinity Inc. - despite having a great premise - just wasn't working and he was placed on the book too late. He needs a can't-miss, like a Superman project with JMS or an arc on Batman with Morrison or something, because he's been relegated to DC's least successful stuff for, like, ever. Heck, Andersen Gabrych's Detective? War Crimes? pre-OYL Pfeifer Catwoman? I enjoyed a lot of that material (but not all), but none of it sold. He's too good to keep getting put on these projects.

Pete Woods is the cream that rises to the top. He'll get a good project, no worries.

No offense meant to Patrick Gleason, he's a good artist but i'd love to see Pete Woods on Green Lantern Corps!

Never happen. The name itself REEKS of 1990's Image titles and neither of the big 2 like anything after 1985.

Me too. I'd have actually had some interest in the original Infinity team. Wasn't the least interested in a new title, with new characters... especially in these tight budget times.

add mynaqme to the growing list.

On a side note: If an Infinity Inc. Title wer to be relauched featuring the old E2 team. I think it should be West coast based and continue to reflect the "Hollywood" viewpoint of Super heroeics. Including famous Movie quotes

Truth be told I'm surprised it lasted this long!

Of all the story threads in 52, I found the Infinity Inc part the least interesting, mainly because none of the characters really held my attention. Except John Henry Irons. God I love that character. Why he isn't still a member of the JLA bugs the crap outta me!

I can't believe the sales got that low, then again it was about COMPLETELY new characters which comic book fans don't seem to be a fan of (Old codenames aside)

This book excelled at taking a fresh and original take on superheroing, but I guess it just wasn't peoples' cup of tea. I wish more people would have given it more of a chance, because it really was a lot of fun-- kind of a David Lynch/ David Cronenberg take on the DCU.
