Default A Wonder Woman Theory(Spoilers abound)

This is something I've noticed about Wonder Woman that's been kind of strange through out this Countdown event:

In the current Wonder Woman series Diana has been blinded by her battle with Medusa and has been currently wearing a blind fold around her eyes. She also had this in the pages of Adventures of Superman #636.

When Diana appeared in the pages of Countdown to Infinite Crisis she no longer had the afore mentioned blind fold. Nor was she blinded in the pages of the OMAC Project. BUT future issues of Wonder Woman clearly show her still blinded(the up coming issues of the Superman titles that lead into the battle between the two in the pages of Wonder Woman)

What is going on here?

SPECULATION: The Wonder Woman that is in the pages of Countdown and Omac is not the real Wonder Woman.

THEORY: Martian Manhunter is posing as Diana to futher his investigation of the strangeness in the DC universe. I thought it was kind of bizzare that in the new issue of Aquaman, Jonn was just hanging out at the Watchtower in the form of Superman. Very strange. OR this Wonder Woman in the pages of Countdown and OMAC is the Black Queen from Checkmate, who we've yet to see.

Or I could be completely out of my mind.

What do you gals and guy's think?

not bad, but why forget the blindfold? I think they were just trying to hook new readers, and slowly get back to the fold. but your theoury is very plausible, cuz when has J'onn been that mean?

Maybe the blindfold was in the laundry...? I'm sure it's bound to get stinky now and again...

Perhaps they were trying to hook new readers, but I can't see the editors forgetting about the blindfold, this story seems too well thought out to overlook something so obvious.

If Diana didn't have the blindfold on in Adventures then one could say that this meeting happened before the events in Wonder Woman. And we have to rule out OMAC and Countdown happening before the events in Wonder Woman also, because later issues still have her with blindfold.

Did that make sense?

I don't think Rucka would forget what he was doing with Wonder Woman, so I am thinking this is deliberate.

It's pretty straight forward, Countdown takes place after the events as seen in WW currently. A few more issues and WW should be caught up with Countdown's timeline.

So wait a sec. Does that mean that jonn could have been the one who erased max's database?

Would that possibly mean that jonn is the white king?

Or this could just be taking place after the "current events" in Wonder Woman...
