That means one more month of the suspense, action and game-changing storytelling that fans and retailers have been clamoring for since the final incursion started
ddf

We've been clamoring for it because we haven't GOTTEN it yet.

FUTURE IMPERFECT - raise your hand if you knew it wasn't going to end well for Maestro...

MRS. DEADPOOL AND THE HOWLING COMMANDOS - raise your hand if you knew it wasn't going to end well for Mrs. Deadpool...

RED SKULL - raise your hand if you knew it wasn't going to end well for Red Skull...

KORVAC SAGA - raise your hand if you knew it wasn't going to end well for Korvac...

I'm sensing a trend here. :P

Also in Korvac, Korvac saves the Guardians, but apparently doesn't save the Holywoodians who wouldn't have been killed had he not put them in that position to need to help him in the first place. Pretty darn ungrateful, if you ask me.

The trend in these titles seem to be either "big bads" wanting to be badder than Doom and/or people realizing there's something wrong with Doom/Doomlaw and the universe he's created. Its easy to see how this is going to probably be a re-occuring theme in the main series.

SPIDER-MAN: RENEW YOUR VOWS - So the Regent wants to take on Doom? Did he not read the first three comics I mentioned?

A-FORCE: Um, awkward about that wall.

SPIDER-VERSE: Spider-Ham is weird.

THORS: so we get a solution (of sorts) to who the murderer is but haven't yet found a reason. Curious to see what that is.

INFINITY GAUNTLET: So Thanos, unable to come up with a scenario where he can win on his own, ingratiates himself with the heroes until he can kill them later. Not a bad plan, as its working so far.

GUARDIANS OF KNOWHERE: So the Guardians kind of fail to beat the big bad without Angela's help and then she and Gamora chat. Kind of a weird issue.

SPIDER-MAN: RENEW YOUR VOWS - nice wrap up to the story.

SPIDERVERSE: Again, it was an expected resolution but still enjoyable.

GUARDIANS OF KNOWHERE: Really felt this one needed more context - maybe in SW proper?

CAPTAIN BRITAIN AND THE MIGHTY DEFENDERS (or whatever the title was) - I enjoyed the story. But it had Alan Davis art and he can make any story enjoyable. I think I would have enjoyed this without his art. But still, Alan Davis art.

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST - kind of a lame resolution

i've shed everything but Weirdworld at this point. think i'll pick up the last issue of that.

just read SW#6 and i don't think i'll be back for #7. now that All-New, All-Different is starting up i'm done messing with this.

With ANAD premiering last week, I've just stopped with the Secret Snores book and tie ins. I've already enjoyed this stuff more than I did any of that.

1872 - I liked the twist from the cliffhanger last issue and the resolution was solid.

X-Men '92 - This was a fun series. Kinda goofy, but it was pretty good.

Siege 4 - seems heavily tied to the events in SW proper as this end ties directly to one of the SW books. Art was kind of rough to read though; felt rushed compared to earlier issues?

Default So yeah Secret Wars

Certainly the chronological differences was most pronounced in Old Man Logan world, where years passed beyond the current 616 universe at the time of Secret Wars.

Do you think that Battleworld was 8 years old, really, or, a shorter time because god Doom reset Battleworld whenever he wanted, JKtheMac?
