What indie comics would you want to see made into big budget movies?
Just what it says. Not the big two and let's assume a couple of hundred million dollar budget. What smaller indie comics would you like to see adapted?
For me? Elementals (only problem being people would get confused with the FF) Dreadstar The Twilight Avenger The Badger could be interesting. |

The Sword by the Luna Brothers. It has everything an action adventure film needs - a hero's journey, an iconic weapon, a revenge tale, epic fight scenes and it was a limited series with a complete arc so it could be made into two hour movie without cutting out too much.

There's been talk of an Alien Legion movie off and on over the years. I'd love to see that actually happen.
Wouldn't mind seeing Zack Snyder do a reboot of Legaue of Extraordinary Gentlemen. If the first movie got a sequel they were set to have Roger Moore play Campion Bond. I would have loved to have seen that. Surpeme. The Alan Moore version. Irredeemable. But I bet the studio would focus more on the Paradigm. That might work. American Vampire. |

I read that Johnny Depp was going to produce and star in REX MUNDI,(Dark Horse) but that was sometime ago? Anyone hear anything about that?

Hack/Slash is the premiere one for me... Though some of the more blatant icon-mocking slashers may not make the cut... I feel, even if it's just ONE movie, that it'd be a hit.
