Default What would you like see done with the Golden Age/JSA characters on this Earth 2?

No snark or complaining please, you can start your own thread for that.

With this new take, it's an opportunity to make some alterations or bring back certain aspects that were forgotten. What would you like to see done? It could be on anything like their personality, background, look, abilities, story ideas etc.

Some of my ideas, I don't think they're anything great but maybe with the right execution it could be good...

Gambler - A risk taker, he does crazy and dangerous things to see if he can actually do it, usually at other people's expense.

Dr. Fate - I wouldn't mind something like Young Justice, Nabu is in the helmet and takes possession of whoever holds it.

Hourman - Maybe one of the side effects of Miraclo could be major exhaustion after the effects wear off.

Dr. Mid-nite - Correct the spelling, it bugs me. Maybe add a surgeon's mask to his look.

Mr. Terrific - He puts everything he owns into a foundation so he owns and uses only the basic necessities. Using only his wits and what he has available to fight crime. Doesn't need or rely or much special equipment unless absolutely necessary.

Starman - The rod Emits a starfield effect when in use that can be used to blind or to shoot energy blasts. Can be turned off if needed.

I would like to see

Phantom Lady-maybe she can actually turn invisible

Black Canary - definitely a super sleuth, expert on all martial arts, not sure if I would want her to have a sonic cry on this Earth

Hawkman/Hawkman-keep their Golden Age origin intact where they are reincarnations of Prince Khufu and Chayera-no problem keeping some pre-Flashpoint history

The Red Tornado

Mathilda Hunkel, a newlywed during the Apokolips War, had her 15 seconds of fame when she killed 6 parademons using only kitchen utensils. Now a housewife and mother of two, she moved into one of the worst neighborhoods in the country. Within a month, the crime rate in the local area had fallen to 0%. When police interrogated suspects who used to frequent the area, they exhibited signs of post-traumatic stress disorder, gibbering something about a red tomato.

Johnny Thunder

A young man who could generously be called dim. After flunking out of high school, Johnny drifted from one minimum wage job to the next as his inevitable screw-ups got him fired again and again. But his luck took a sudden change for the better when he was approached by a five dimensional djinn named Yz who informed Johnny that, from this day forward, his every wish will be granted. Johnny has a good heart and sincerely wants to help others, but his poorly thought out wishes always solve problems in the most roundabout way possible.

The Thunderbolt

A prince of the fifth dimension, Yz must undergo "the trial of humility" before he can ascend to his father's throne. This trial involves loyally serving a three dimensional primitive for the remainder of that creature's natural lifespan. Yz is forbidden from making suggestions to his dullwitted master on what to wish for, a source of great frustration for him.

Mister America

During the Apokolips War, Tex Thomson was assigned the mission of infiltrating Steppenwolf's inner circle by taking on the identity of Hopman Striker, minor god of ambushes and sneak attacks. He was able to send Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman information on enemy technology that proved crucial to winning the war. For the past five years, he's been serving undercover on Apokolips, forced to witness the daily cruelties of the evil gods who dwell there. But now that his country has become aware of an even greater threat, he's finally been called home.

Star-Spangled Kid

Sylvester Pemberton III has only ever wanted one thing, to be a superhero. At the age of ten, he began using his father's fortune to smuggle Apokolips technology into secret R&D labs for the purpose of reverse-engineering an arsenal of crime fighting weapons for his personal use. Five years later, his chief scientist, Pat Dugan, has finally finished a working model of the cosmic converter belt.

Stripesy

A down on his luck inventor, Pat Dugan is a genius at mechanical engineering but terrible at articulating his ideas. The only investor who ever believed in him was a child who hired him to created superweapons from illegally obtained alien technology. Over the years, he has grown found of his young employer, and worries that the boy's enthusiasm for superheroics might end up getting him killed. He has reluctantly volunteered to become a sidekick using the Special Tactics Robotic Integrated Power Enhancer. He has also created the Star Rocket Racer, a heavily armed hovercraft that can travel underwater, underground, and even in outer space.

I especially like the Johnny/Thunderbolt and Stars/STRIPE idea.

This Earth Two series got me interested in the directions the creators could take it. So I tried my hand at some new costume designs. I'm not a professional so they're nothing spectacular and they're not exact, they're just as close as I could get them to. Any constructive criticism is appreciated

I tried to keep it something close to their original outfits but wanted it to be a little different.

Alan Scott
- The logo is suppose to go into the circle on his chest. I didn't draw it because I kept screwing it up. I intended for this design to look like the formal wear that armed forces soldiers wear. I was thinking maybe a knight look since James since is emphasizing that aspect of Alan.

Jay Garrick - Yeah I know, that damn v neck again. For his boots, I had his treads form over his heels and had it shaped like wings.

Guardian - He's a hero who works out of Suicide Slum and fights crime. In addition to that, he very involved with the community as Guardian. He knows just about everybody there, helps the poor find food and shelter, escorts the prostitutes home, etc.

What I'd like to have seen isn't going to happen, so I'll just wait and see what is going to happen.

Who thinks that Earth-2 will have its own version of Cadmus and we will end up seeing a super clone to go with our mysterious new amazon? It's just a theory I have had lately.

Your Flash redesign is much better than the actual one.

Mr. Terrific should be like Tony Stark in attitude, only without the armor and with the jerkiness toned down. Or maybe a less morally ambiguous Ozymandias (i.e. an intelligent, quasi-super-human billionaire who believes he can fix the world's problems).
