I can't remember specific issues right now but the Brave and Bold series had some good Batman team-ups with her.

Birds of Prey after Gail Simone took over. More of a guest-appearance than an actual team-up, but I love one particular encounter with Bats that left him speechless.

I always like B&B #166.
The cover has a huge Penguin looming over Gotham and Batman and Black Canary. Inside BC gets capture and send last 3-4 pages tied up in her underwear.  |
