I agree.

And I gotta say it is tough beating you to posting the discussion/preview threads!!! Half way through posting this I kept thinking, oddballuk will have already posted this by the time I am done.

I think this is a good direction to go here. You can't have him constantly searching for Bruce without finding him without hurting Tim's credibility as a detective. But pushing him into this Assassin war, where he would normally have no business is good. It keeps him in this moral grey zone, or heck even into the black. And he knows that helping out Ras isn't a good idea, but if he needs him to find Bruce then he'll do it. I like the conflict that's been in this series

I continue to love this series. Yost is hitting all the right notes for Tim.

I never thought I'd like Tim so much taken out of his element (Gotham), but this book is proving to be quite good. It's unfortunate we had to lose his supporting cast, but maybe Ives and Zo will turn up in Batgirl.

I don't know if it's even a possibility, but between all the talk about assassins, and an intro story about a mysterious girl who would not be in her 20's, I just kept thinking "Curare" the whole time.

I honestly wasn't entirely sold on this book for the first few issues. Didn't really dislike it, but it wasn't really hitting me the right way either. Everything finally clicked for me in this issue. Tam Fox is especially fun; I hope they keep her around as a foil to Tim's stern, morbid seriousness. And the ending is the first time Tim has read like Tim since Bruce died.

Another solid issue. Yost really seems to get Tim's character. I am curious to see how Tam Fox knowing that Tim is Red Robin will play out as the story progresses.

As much as I am enjoying this run I will say the only thing that bugs me is how often the stories flash back to the past then back to the present. It takes me out of the story a little bit.

I think the end of this is issue has what a lot of people were waiting for and wanting. Tim's resolve was very strong here: "No more comprimises; these are bad people, and I'm taking them down." That's the Tim we know and love, and while I've absolutely loved this book since issue #1, that's the Tim I want to read about the most.

Cool issue and interesting to see what happens to the little girl after the preview and how it relates to the Council of Spiders.

That the Council are hunting the League for fun was a cool reveal.

I liked the use of Tam Fox and Tim using the Leage somewhat like how Daredevil is using the Hand over at Marvel was pretty sweet too.

Good stuff.

I picked up the first issue and was seriously underwhelmed but I have to say #4 was excellent and this preview for #5 has me sold. Admittedly it helps that I like the character of Tim Drake and WANT to like this title but this looks cool IMHO
