Prelude to Sirens of Gotham?

I thought I read somewhere that one of the "Faces of Evil" one-shots served as a bit of a prelude to the new SIRENS OF GOTHAM series. Am I right about this? If so, what issue was it? Thanks.

Am I the only one getting a Dini's Angel's vibe here with Catwoman, Harley, and Ivy (with Riddler as Bosley)? Should be a fun series...

(I've been a big fan of Catwoman over the course of her last series, but it's Dini still writing the reformed Riddler that has me most excited)

As soon as Underground ended, I was like "OH, It's supposed to be like Charlie's Angels".
