Need help with Batman quote for school project

I know there was a quote somewhere where someone said, "Batman will always need a Robin" or something along those lines. Does anyone know what I am talking about and can quote it for me as well as list the issue?

I think Tim Drake said it in "A Lonely Place of Dying" just off the top of my head. I'm certain it was in that arc. Which part? Not entirely sure.

Thank you so much! This is really going to help me out quote wise for my speech.

I have to give an informative speech and I've gathered that altho people are aware that Batman has a Robin, they are unaware that Batman has had three Robins. I'm focusing mainly on Dick, Jason and Tim. I know there has been Spoiler, etc. as Robin, but I'm focusing on those three. =)
