Green Lantern

Ron,
I was wondering how did you deal with all the presure from the fans from the begining all the way to the end while writing Green Lantern. And what was the motovation behind the creation of Kyle Rayner.

No pressure from the fans, the only real pressure -- to make the book as good as possible -- was self-inflicted.

And do you mean DC's motivation, or my motivation?

Me again

Thanks for answering my questions, as to motovation Yours and DC's if it cool to answer them.:D

DC's motivation, I believe, was that sales on the current GL series were low, and they wanted something in order to generate interest in the franchise.

My motivation was to create a character that was different than Hal, someone who was more of the Everyman archtype.
